Subject: Notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – PROCESSING OF DATA INCLUDED IN VOLUNTARILY SUBMITTED CVs –  

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”), Dieffebi S.p.A. is required to provide information concerning the use of the personal data voluntarily submitted by you for the purpose of possibly establishing an employment relationship in the future.
	To this end, in the following notice we include all the elements that specify the processing carried out.
	The information already available to us, or that might be acquired over time, shall in any case be processed in full compliance with the aforementioned Code, including the confidentiality provisions set out therein.

In the Code, “processing” means any operation or set of operations carried out, with or without the help of electronic means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, keeping, inquiry, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, disclosure, erasure and destruction of data, even when not recorded in a databank.

1.- TYPES AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The data submitted shall be acquired, kept and processed in the form of hard copies and/or magnetic or telematic media for the sole purpose of assessing our possible interest in establishing a future employment relationship whose content is to be specified later. 
All details shall be processed for a maximum period of 2 years, after which they shall be erased, unless otherwise specified by the interested party.
	All data acquired shall be processed for the sole purpose of personnel recruitment carried out on the basis of the Company’s needs. Therefore, no data shall be disclosed or communicated to third parties

2.- OBJECTION TO SUBMIT DATA
Submission of data is optional; however, failure to submit data or to consent to the data processing shall result in the impossibility for DIEFFEBI S.P.A. to include or keep the data in its archive and, subsequently, to establish any form of relationship.

3.- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
In relation to the data submitted, the interested party may exercise her/his rights as provided for by art. 7 of the Code, by faxing a specific request in written form to +39 0438 471600, or by sending an e-mail to sales@dieffebi.com it, care of the Head of the Administration Department.

4.- CONTROLLER AND SUBJECT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATA PROCESSING
