Echo Locker revisits Dieffebi’s concept of the modular container, but interprets it in the light of new modes and functions that not only go beyond the usual, anonymous “filing cabinet” look, but also provide a piece of furniture that will fit a wide variety of settings and uses - from smart office to coworking, from hotels to public places, from libraries to gyms and much more. This new system integrates a series of aesthetic, technological and compositional solutions that make it a versatile means of storing, furnishing, organising space and facilitating operability, in an ideal synthesis of privacy, sharing and security.
